In loving memory of Christine Elizabeth Martin who sadly passed away on 21st August 2018 at Brookholme Croft Nursing home Hasland Chesterfield Aged 64 years.
She was an amazing Mum, Nana, Mum in Law & partner.
Her family was the centre of everything her grandchildren were her world, she leaves a Daughter Carrie Son In Law Jon 3 Grandchildren Joshua Kayleigh & Lily & Partner Paddy.
She enjoyed her life to the full & will be sadly missed.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 5th September at St Lawrence Church North Wingfield chesterfield 2pm buriel will take place at Boythorpe Cemetery in chesterfield.
Everyone is welcome to send flowers but no Lily’s please
Their will be a donation box with the funeral directors the donations will be sent to Brookholme Croft Nursing Home in Hasland as they are trying to raise funds for a defibrillator to be put on their premises, donations are also welcome at the church too.

Rip Aunty Chris you will always be loved and missed word can't describe how much I miss you but fly high and keep Billy in check make sure he ain't up to no mischief without me anyway xxx
