Sadly passed away in hospital on 26th August 2018, aged 69 years David a much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother and Uncle. Will family and friends kindly meet for service at Sunderland Crematorium on Friday 7th September at 10:30 am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Ward C33, Sunderland Royal Hospital. A collection box will be provided at the crematorium.
