Passed away peacefully
with his family by his side
at St Giles Hospice, Lichfield
on 19th August 2018 aged 79 years.
A beloved husband to Barbara.
Much loved Dad to Helen and Stuart.
Father-in- law to Keith and Ange and an adored Grandad to Ellie and Amy.
The funeral service will be held on Friday 7th September at 12.45pm in the Carnarvon Chapel, Bretby Crematorium.
No flowers by request please.
Black need not be worn.
