In loving memory of Terence Dames who sadly passed away on 14th August 2018 aged 75 years.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bramcote Crematorium on Thursday 30th August at 11.00 am. All mourners to not wear black if possible. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu to Nottingham Hospitals Charity Renal Unit may be sent A W Lymn, The Family Funeral Service, Middle House, 130 Main Street, Bulwell, NG6 8ET
