I had the good fortune to be the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust warden for Donna Nook when Helen volunteered as a Seal Warden. I loved her days on duty, not just for the tea and cakes she always bought with her, but also for the way that she took the running of our little gift shop of my hands for the morning and kept everyone in order - me included.
