Of Galley Common, Nuneaton passed away after a short illness on the 31st December 2014 aged 74 years.
Much loved husband of Shirley. Dad and best friend to Lynsey, father in law of John and loving grandad of Erin and Maisy.
The funeral service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday 26th January at 3.00pm.
