In loving memory of Thomas (Tommy) Blair who sadly passed away on 26th July 2018 at Western General hospital after a short illness.
Tommy lived life to the full and would not change one day of his past.
Many thanks to the staff at Ward 33, Western General hospital for all the care during his final days.
