In loving memory of Graham Stanley Ball who sadly passed away on 14th July 2018.
He was born in Harrow in 1960 to Kathleen and Stanley Ball, the Second of their children with there first born being Sandra. He grew up in harrow, spending a lot of his youth sharing his fathers interest in tinkering with anything mechanical, a passion which in later life he shared with and passed onto his children. He married twice, moving to Lincolnshire in 2008 following his second marriage. During his life he fathered 7 children but sadly only 6 of them survive him, he was universally acknowledged as a brilliant father and he was very proud of his family including his 3 grandchildren.
Graham was a kind and loving man. He was always smiling and laughing. He will be greatly missed!

Please note that it currently says the 14th on the Page but it will be updated to the 16th in due corse. So the Date of Dads funeral will be 16th August. Will be lovely to everyone who can attend. Clare x

We're sorry we can't make it to the funeral.

We were lucky to have got to know Graham when I joined BT all those years ago. He showed me the ropes on my first job there and became a true friend.

Often described as a gentle giant, happy to help anyone that needed it. - May he rest in peace.

Our love and sympathies are with you all at this sad time.

Love Tesh, Debi & family xxx

Mr Ball has been one of my parents since I started teaching at New Leake Primary School nearly three years ago. Mr Ball introduced himself straight away and I recognised a kind, dedicated and loving parent, who whole heartedly supported the school's commitment to providing the best for every child. Mr Ball was well-known for his dry sense of humour, in fact he thoroughly enjoyed helping me to set up the stocks at our PTFA Summer Festival, and then proceeded to purchase a number of wet sponges to throw at me! At school discos I would often find Mr Ball chatting with my husband about cars, especially classic ones, discussing the unique problems they presented, and how to solve them. Mr Ball appreciated all that we did for his family, as we will always appreciate and remember his loyalty and support of our school community.

Mr Ball introduced himself straight away and allowed me to see a 'gentle' man who was a dedicated and loving parent. Mr Ball was a champion of our school and recognised how we value working together to offer every child the best chances possible. Mr Ball was known for his dry sense of humour; he thoroughly enjoyed helping me to set up the stocks at our Summer Festival this year, and proceeded to pay for a good deal of sponges to be thrown at me! At our PTFA School Discos I would often find him talking cars, especially classic ones, with my husband. Mr Ball will be sadly missed by us all, he was always there to support his children and the school. Mr Ball appreciated what we all did, just as we appreciated his loyalty and commitment to our school community.

I was so sorry to hear such sad news. Graham will be sadly missed by the children and staff at New Leake Primary School. Including myself. I had a lovely relationship with Graham, which started when I began teaching at New Leake 5 years ago. It was always a great start to my day to have a chat with him in the car park as he dropped the children off for school.
Graham was always there to offer support, nothing was too much trouble for him. He went out of his way to help us all.
Just a few weeks ago I sat and had a chat with him and the children at the summer festival. I could’ve sat chatting all evening. He always had time and genuinely cared for everybody else. Graham will be sadly missed.
