In loving memory of Irene Jones who sadly passed away on 6th July 2018 peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 80 years and formerly of Meadow Lea, Wrexham. Beloved wife of the late Gerald, much loved mum to Paul & Cerys, and Mark & Julie, loving nana of Donna, Emma, Amy and Katy, and proud great nana to Lewis, Lola and Ella.
