On behalf of the Randall clan our sincerest condolences to Joan Lorraine John and hi s two minders.
Arthur was a quiet spoken ,modest gentleman who loved and supported his family, totally devoted to. Joan and has been her rock during the last few years. I have known you for forty years and feel able to. Say B J has lost a true ambassador rest in peace my friend

Sad news. I worked in his department for 6 months during my training at Pearsons in the early 1950's
