Where do we begin when there is so much to say? It’s going to be difficult not being there to truly say goodbye, but the distance between us never impacted the love we had and will always have. So many memorable moments were shared whenever we flew to yours or you and Nanny to ours.

There are many stories of wooden legs and jingles sung and we could go on for days with all the fond memories that we shared and cherish. Of course, we wish that there was more time to share, but we know that you’re still cheering us on.

Although we are heartbroken to see you go so soon, we know that the reason we feel as such is because you loved us so dearly. Thank you grandpa for being there to share some incredible moments. We love you.

It was with a heavy heart that we heard of the sudden departure of Peter. We remember an ever smiling face and that hearty laugh, you will never be forgotten. Out of pain now, rest now Peter. xxx

It was a pleasure to have known Peter. He was always cheerful and his sense of humour was contagious. Loved hearing his shepherding stories. Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
