Just read the paper saying Robert had passed away. He was in the same class as my brother at Greenwood School in Sneinton in the 1960's. I will never forget Robert's kindness when he visited my brothers grave at Wilford Crem with a bunch of flowers just after my brother, John Gasking, was killed aged 18 on his motorbike.
RIP Robert.
