Robin Brian Lang (13 Mar 1954 - 9 Jun 2018)

In loving memory of Robin Brian Lang who sadly passed away on 9th June 2018.

Robin was a kind, thoughtful and considerate man who used humour to mask some traumatic early childhood memories. The youngest of four children, Robin grew up in Bedfordshire where he lived for most of his life. He was hardworking and conscientious throughout his adulthood. He helped his mother during her old age with a daily phone call and a weekly shop. He liked structure and routine in his life, although this was joyfully interrupted with the arrival of a beautiful daughter late in life. He moved to Lincolnshire to be nearer the seaside and to work as a self employed handyman, utilising his passion for maintaining, mending and fixing things. Although his daughter was the light of his life he struggled to settle to his new lifestyle. He suffered debilitating depression followed by the onset of C.O.P.D. Retiring early Robin continued to suffer ill health, finally spending his last few weeks in hospital where he died aged 64.
