Our beautiful daughter Hazel Georgina Bradley died on Thursday 24th May 2018. Taken from us far to soon.

The funeral for Hazel will take place at 10 am on Monday 18th June 2018. The requiem service will be at St Helen's Church, Caerphilly then 11.45 am at Thornhill Crematorium. The wake will be at the Ty Mawr, Graig Road, Lisvane. Cardiff. CF14 0UF.

Please wear bright colours, no black. Hazel loved her jeans so please wear jeans if you feel comfortable.

Hazel touched many people from all walks of life. Anyone who would like to attend is more than welcome.
