In loving memory of Joseph Dennis Haithwaite, aged 83 who sadly passed away peacefully in hospital on 16th May 2018. Much loved husband, father and grandfather. Funeral to be held on 24th May in Darlington Crematorium at 10:45am. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu can be made to Mind, via this site or collection plate at the crematorium.
