In loving memory of the late Ronald Randall who sadly passed away on 5th December 2014

Jill Harris donated £20 in memory of Ronald

Ron was our neighbour for 30 plus years and my husband Chris and I will remember him fondly. He could be hard to get on with and very infuriating but he was an amazingly caring man as well !!
I worked at Linden Bennett School for many years and it was only then that I truly saw how wonderful Ron was. He arranged parties for the children and organised apprentices to come into school to make useful things for the children - never looking for the limelight ; just getting on with it - what a diamond he was.
We will miss you Ron but it was lovely knowing you - God Bless.

Linda Clarke donated £20 in memory of Ronald

I first met Ron when I went to work at BOAC, when I was 15 years old. In those years I was pressed ganged into helping Ron to organise the Children's Christmas Parties for hundreds of children, which we did together rfor many years. In the years I worked with Ron we became very good friends and although we didn't see very much of each other in recent years we enjoyed our chats on the phone.

Ron was a friend of my parents and knew me from day I was born over 56 years ago. He was a good friend and he was always there to listen to my problems from teenage years until a few years ago offering fatherly advice when he felt it was needed. I will miss him deeply but have very fond memories.

This snapshot is of grandad, Kathy and I on the way back from taking grandad to see Les Miserable in the west end for his 80th. We are waiting at the bus stop while my brother Olly to get the car on the way back home. We managed to organise it as surprise and he really enjoyed it. His favorite song was 'Master of the House' and we even managed to talk in him to letting use treat to an Italian meal. Sorry for my eyes being closed I'm not very good with flashes, click on grandad's profile picture to see more pictures of him.
