In loving memory of John Adamczyk ( Johnny ) aged 67 who sadly passed away on 2nd May 2018 at St Gemma's Hospice Leeds.

John was a much loved Son to Hannah and Stanislav, brother to Cathryn, Edmond, Jimmy, Alex, Hendrix, Joseph and Susan. Loving husband to Mavis, Dad to Collette and Granddad to Kale, Courtney and Dominic.

For all of you who knew John (Johnny), I'm sure your memories of him will be filled with either laughter, mischievousness, love of music, sharing a pint (or ten) and just living life to the full. Johnny's happy go lucky, carefree attitude is what made him the man he was and why he was loved and respected by everyone who has the pleasure of knowing him.

Johnny will be missed by so many people and in so many ways, however, the last thing Johnny would want is to see sad, unhappy faces. Instead, please remember Johnny for the fun loving, carefree person that he was and cherish the memories and happy times that you spent together.

Dawn Newsome donated £105 in memory of John

To Mavis and John's family,

Please accept our heartfelt condolences, words cannot begin to express the sadness you are feeling right now, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Rest in peace John

Our deepest regards from

Tony Murphy , Michael Murphy and Dawn Newsome
