In loving memory of David John Clarke who sadly passed away on 17th April 2018 at the age of 62. David was on his way home after watching his beloved Nottingham Forest against Brentford on the 10th April when he had a heart attack. Despite the magnificent efforts of the staff at Nottingham City Hospital, Dave did not recover and sadly passed away a week later.
