RIP Mollie. A lovely lady, full of life, taken far too early.

After my 3rd time meeting Mollie I asked her to be my adopted Nan as I no longer have one of my own. She said she would love to and be honoured to have me as an adopted granddaughter! What a lovely thing to say, a true reflection of the kind hearted, caring person she was.

I loved the few occasions we spent time together. Her matter of fact, truthful response to situations and the people around her. I also loved the laughs we shared and will remember those times fondly. All I’m saying is “sh*t catchers”!

I will miss her terribly, she was a joy to be around.

I’ll see you tomorrow for one last time Nan and I’ll be there supporting your family to give you a lovely send off. RIP beautiful lady. Nicola xxx

What an inspirational lady,have known you for years Mol ,each time I visited you had been galavanting somewhere, I hope I have the same energy when I get to your age. An absolute privilege to have known you. You are sadly missed ,god bless, and heaven has just got another angel xx Shirley .

My dear Auntie Molly, I have so many great memories of visiting you with Nan. It took ages in those days on the 301 National Express coach from Portsmouth to Birmingham, so long that as a child I thought you lived the other side of the country !

On the Coach up Nan would tell me all about the things you had planned for the week, there was never a dull moment from shopping trips to family parties.

I never forget how big Nan’s and Molly’s smiles were whenever we arrived at the Birmingham coach station. Auntie Molly used to be waiting to give us the biggest cuddle and had treats ready back at the house.I always thought Auntie Molly's accent was funny especially when she used to offer me "pop" and I used to turn to Nan and says "whats pop"

To this day whenever I have Chinese rice I always think about you giving me and Nan a lesson in how to put the rice on your plate and completely missing. The rice ended up on the floor and we cried we laughter ! you always knew best

You were truly amazing and I will treasure the memories forever,

So many happy memories of our dear Aunty Molly. Always loving,generous,kind and gull of fun. We all have the most wonderful memories of happy times,days out and holidays with her. Who could forget travelling and sleeping on the converted Ambulance !!!
Even as we got older she was still happy to let us visit. Cook us lovely meals and give us a warm bed. From the "men"' picking up a car to me and Maureen going to see George Micheal - supper waiting for us when we got home. Nothing was ever to much trouble.
I'm so glad she stayed with us in Portsmouth last year to celebrate mum's birthday. We had lots of laughs and chats about old times which we will treasure.
She was a wonderful Auntie and will always have a special place in our hearts. Rest in peace with the angels - love June and Lesxxxxx
