In loving memory of Janet Elizabeth Goodhead who sadly passed away on 16th April 2018.
Dearly loved wife of John, mother to the late Chris, gran to Cam, Ali, Archie and Jamie and a mother in law to Melissa.
Janet will be sadly missed by all her friends and family.

Mrs Goodhead taught me maths for many years at Abbot Beyne school, from the late eighties to early nineties. I was delighted when she remembered me years later and even remembered my name and would always stop and have a little chat to me. Was very sad to read the news and I send my condolences to the family at this very sad time.

I have fond memories of Janet from when I started teaching at Horninglow Secondary Modern in 1969. She always invited me for tea on Parents ' Evenings to save me from having to travel all the way home and back again. She was a good friend and a lovely person. So very sad to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy to John and her family. She will be much missed.

So sorry to hear of Janet dying I remember her with affection from when she was at the Burton Girls
High School, she was older than me and was a prefect when I was in the third form. She had a lovely smile and always greeted me with this whenever we met after we had left school. My deepest sympathy to her husband and family.
