In loving memory of Louise Hammersley who sadly passed away on 4th April 2018
Louise loved life and planning what to do next with it. She was never happy unless she had at least two holidays to look forward to and would pack as much into them as possible (and sometimes including me).
Louise was not keen on spending lots of time indoors so she carefully balanced redecorating/remodeling the house with more fun activities such as climbing, cycling, walking, running, skiing and kayaking. I think that the only reason that anything was done to the house was because it needed 'sorting out'!
Louise cared deeply for people and was even willing to give up nice days for friends and family.
I feel tremendously privileged that Louise wanted to live with me, let alone marry me. I will never forget her smile, especially the cheeky one that she used when laughing at me.
Please share your memories of her and remember the good things that came from being her friend.
I have added few pictures from her life here and in this link - please click here.

Louise managed to escape the camera for most of our wedding.

True love 💕

One of the few times I managed to persuade Louise to stay still long enough for a photo!

She always had her head in a book, but the look says everything.

Louise loved to run and be outdoors.

Louise wanted to climb from a very early age.

A while ago but away climbing with Louise in the sun. She was a fun lass always up for an adventure. She will be greatly missed and my thoughts are with everyone who knew her

Louise on Table Mountain. My memories of Louise coming to visit me in South Africa are some of my fondest of my time there. I was lucky to have a friend like Louise through school and into adult life. I am thinking of all those who will miss her. x

We had such fun with our beautiful daughter for thirty three years and will always remember her with much love. X

Taken during a great paddle out to the Sugar Boat from Helensburgh with Louise and Charles March 2017. A memorable day with great folk. Neil Black
