William 'Bill' Slack of Heanor
Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Royal Derby Hospital on 13th March 2018 aged 93 years.
William will be sadly missed by Audrey, Peter, Joanne, Terry, Carole and Abigail.
The funeral service will be held at Amber Valley Crematorium on Monday 9th April 2018 at 15.00pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu for MacMillan Cancer will be taken as a retiring collection.
