In loving memory of our Mum, Janet Dorrans. She was a ray of sunshine ... a caring friend, devoted Gran & loving Mother amongst many other things. She has lived in Barlanark all her life & made lifelong friends here often out for a chinwag with her wee pal Rocco! Her time with her grandchildren has been very short but they will know all about her, her unmissable laugh! & how much she loved them like she loves us all.

Janet will make her last journey through Barlanark from her home in Calvay Road, passed the shop & along Barlanark Road where she was born & lived her childhood. Everyone is welcome to see her off & pay their respects to this wonderfully funny & kind lady.

Location: Daldowie Crematorium 12pm & back to McGuires for food, a wee dark fruit & a celebration of My Mum xXx

Oh Janet, I miss you so much we sis. Can’t beleive it’s been a year now since you were taken away so suddenly. I think of you every single day, my heart still breaking and don’t think I’ll ever be the same again. Hope you have been reunited with Mum and Dad, Mary and hope you’ve found Rebecca who was gone only 2 weeks after you. RIP Janet alway in my thoughts 💛🌈💔😢xx

Janet....I think of you so much.A life taken much too soon. You were so proud of the twins and never a day passed when you didn’t share a picture. We all grew up together and were neighbours for so long.
I loved those years....you’re smile was so radiant and reminded me of your dad.He was always cheeky and joking.....loved him.
You had your mums youthful looks and dads smiling face.Miss you always.
Miss you ...Tina is an absolute credit to you...xxx

Jinty you will be sorely missed. We had some laughs and you always had a joke with me and Ann. Don't worry about Tiny she is doing brilliantly and she is even putting Ann in her place. R.I.P Jinty. GBNF!
