In loving memory of Mandy Churchill who sadly passed away on 16th March 2018
Peacefully after a short illness bravely fought, Mandy sadly passed away. Aged 51 years Mandy was a cherished Daughter of Jennifer & Brian. Much loved Mum of Kelly and Shay, an adored Nan of Mooka. Loving sister to Michelle and special partner of Jon.
Mandy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at St Mary’s Church, Holton Road, Barry on Wednesday 11th April at 1:30pm, followed by a family only committal service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium
