In loving memory of Amanda 'Panda' Rimmer who sadly passed away on 7th March 2018.

Amanda, our Panda was born in Liverpool on 24.04.1987 and many would describe her as a little angel 😇 because of her lovely blonde hair and big blue eyes. However, her family also know the stubborn, strong willed side, who on occasion could cause chaos growing up.

Amanda was a very clever girl and absolutely loved animals, she would go to the stables to volunteer on a Saturday, so that she would get a free hack in the afternoon.

Amanda at 18 started work at MBNA where she worked for the last 12 years. She loved her work, was proud of what she accomplished and had many friends there.

She proudly owned her own home that she shared with Suzi her mischievous cat.
Amanda loved life and had many holidays, loads of which can be viewed on her Facebook page.

Amanda was a home bird who loved nothing more than after a great night out to curl up on the sofa, with KFC, Suzi and a good movie, isn’t that what Sunday’s are for she often said.

We as a family have a standard saying that we say to either break the ice after a fall out or just to make each other smile ...
“I think the world of you.”
And we always will Panda 🐼 xxxx

Amanda beautiful memories are all we have left of holidays and family get togethers.

Deep in our hearts your memory is kept to love and cherish and never forget.

How can we write the way we feel inside, the heartache and emptiness when someone so young is taken from us.

We will think of you when you start on your new journey when you will be reunited with your loving Nanna Margaret.

Rhiannon Gainey donated £20 in memory of Amanda

Like everyone I was so sad to hear the news about Amanda, we worked together at MBNA sitting next to each other keeping each other sane whilst answering those calls! She was great fun to be around either at fancy dress parties (she was a Greek goddess and Superwoman), pub quizzes or just a general catch up over food and wine – always red for Amanda. I will always remember Amanda being full of life and making everyone smile. I’m sorry we lost contact over the past few years but she was that friend if you hadn’t seen her for 6 months you knew if would be like you’d just seen each other yesterday. Thinking of her family she was always talking about “our Nik”, “our Mike”, “Mum and Dad” -sending lots of love xxxx

Amanda, we had lots of laughs together over the last few years and we can’t believe you won’t be around this Spring to tell us off about how messy our weeds look in the garden! We miss you and hope you are at peace. #teamamanda ❤️❤️

  • Thanks for your message, I think you you will keep your garden weed free just because you will remember what Panda would say if you didn't. Panda loved her garden and she would make us laugh telling us when you would ask her whether some of the plants in your garden where weeds or flowers. Think of Panda in the sunshine doing her garden xxx
