A colleague and mentor but above all a mate, a true Yorkshireman. May you rest in peace with an endless supply of Black Sheep ale.
Farewell my friend.

Sincere condolences to all of Stu's family. He leaves behind a true legacy at Coningsby and a void that can't be filled. A thoroughly decent, hard grafting bloke. You will be missed mate.

Condolences to all the family, a brilliant bloke, tough as they come and one of the best I ever worked for, even though his short shorts put me off my food.
Gone far too early, rest in peace Stu.

Fair well my friend. Time to hang up the rugby shorts and park your bike up. That's the way I will always remember you.

So sorry to hear the very sad news. Knew Stu at Coningsby for 8 years, couldn't believe he would wear shorts in all weather. A tough guy with a soft heart. Will be sorely missed.

A sad loss to all that know him. I remember in the Falklands they were looking for extras to play Argentinian troops in the tv production “An ungentlemanly act” , Stu was the only one who didn’t need to have a false moustache as his own was better than any of the props they had.
RIP mate.
