In loving memory of Gary William Monk who sadly passed away on 20th February 2018.
Gary, a muched loved son to Bren and Tony, brother to Sarah and cousin and friend to Sharon.
He is missed by so many friends, who remember him mostly for his sense of humour.

I've only just found out gaz .I hope your at peace now .I miss you so much.we had some crazy times me and you I'll never forget .it will be a sorry world now your gone .I'm so sorry I missed the funeral but I live on the other side of the world .my condolences Sarah.we all still love him.

Well Gaz, today is the day I have to say my goodbyes to you. This is harder than I ever thought it would be. I don’t know a life without you in it. I hope I have got today right and have made the right choices for you. You will always be my big brother and I will always be your little sister, nothing will ever change that. Back with Mum and Dad, I know you are all watching over me and I will try to make you proud. Love you xx

Sarah you gave your brother a lovely send off today.you did him proud and you did ur self proud Sarah. I no there's going to be a massive void in ur life but has you said url always be gaz monks sister. Takecare of urself and cherish the good memories of ur brother. I'm going to miss to him myself. I can't thank you enough for what you did for Jake. You were the big brother and father figure he needed. He wouldn't be the person he has become without your influence. You made us laugh so much. Monkey, first time I met you was with Paul Canham way back in 1981. Paul was jumping on you making ‘puh’ spunds and I remember you just looking at me as if to say ‘get him off me’. The travels in your Citroen 2CV, when you drove it into that ditch near the Holiday Inn and left it there because you couldn’t be arsed’. Typical Monkey. Gonna miss you brother.
