In loving memory of Keith John Smith who sadly passed away on 20th February 2018.
Keith was born on 29th November 1946 in what was the snowiest winter of the twentieth century. He was the son of Margaret (Marge) and Eric and the older brother of Derek. He attended St. Oswald's school in Old Swan and went on to work in various sectors before becoming a hackney taxi cab driver in 1988. He met his wife Diane (his Diddle) in 1969 and they married in 1973. They went on to have two daughters: Kerry and Kate. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather (gaga) to his two lovely granddaughters: Valentina and Isabella who were the light of his life. Likewise Keith also had a great relationship with his two Spanish son-in-laws Vicente and Javier. Keith was a staunch Evertonian and was a season ticket holder in his youth, attending both home and away fixtures. He was unable to attend the match for many years due to work commitments but was the happiest man ever when he returned to being a season ticket holder in the 2016-2017 season with his daughter Kate and son-in-law Javier.
Keith will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. RIP Keith John Smith (1946-2018).
