In loving memory of James Frederick Peters (Jim) who passed away peacefully on 24th January 2018, aged 88 years. He was sadly suffering with Alzheimer's and spent the last 9 months of his life at Acorn Court Care Home, where he was much loved and encompassed as a member of the Acorn family. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends
