In loving memory of Constance (Connie) Manuel who sadly passed away on 28th January 2018 peacefully at Stansty House Care Home, aged 89 years and late of Chestnut Avenue, Acton. Beloved wife of the late Jack, a much loved mum, mother in law, nan and great nan. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.
