In loving memory of Paul Andrew Peter Clay who sadly passed away on 22nd January 2018. Our dad was truly that one in a million and you have left us truly heartbroken along with your grandchildren. Everyone knew our dad as the biggest joker even smiling through his many illnesses and instead making sure we were all ok. Dad loved a bet on the horses-and winding the staff up in the bookies and if he wasn’t doing that he would be round one of our houses demanding tea and toast and winding us all up but we wouldn’t have had it any other way, his grandchildren are making sure they carry on the tradition just as dad would want. He was our rock and will be sorely missed forever.

Met you at one of my lowest points of my life and I just felt the love from you from day one over the seven years I knew you are freindship just got stronger and stronger you became like a farther figure to me and I followed you everywhere you moved to you had this great personality Paul loved our weekly phone calls about football and you taking the Mick out of me about my height and when I came to visit you id always leave feeling happy but sad at the same time as I wanted to be around you more often the realationship we had was like farther and son I really used to look upto you I thank you so much for showing me love that you did you were always there giving me advice and even told me off when I'd make a few mistake but never judged me .... Your last words to me were love you daft fella IL cherish that phone call till we meet again ....... absolutely heart broken sleep tight pal until we meet again,love ya Paul xxxxxx
