John Archibald (1 Nov 1948 - 25 Jan 2018)

In loving memory of John Archibald who sadly passed away on 25th January 2018. He was born in Penicuik on 1st November 1948 and was the oldest of two boys. John met Sheila at work when he was 15 and they married on 14th June 1969 and had their first daughter on 5th April 1970 and their 2nd daughter on 19th August 1976. He was blessed with 4 grandchildren, 3 grandsons and a grand daughter all who he doted on. John was an avid Rangers fan and a keen golfer until he went into hospital in March 2006 for an operation that left him in a wheelchair. He was a hands on dad, loving husband and great friend to many. He will always be remembered xx
