In loving memory of Philip Nigel Jones who passed away suddenly on 11th January 2018 aged 54 years.
A loving husband to Hilary and step-dad to David, Joanne and the late Steven. A devoted grandad, brother, uncle and friend to many.
A funeral service for Philip will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on 8th February at 10.00am. Family flowers only please; however, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Kidney Research UK.
