In loving memory of Alfred (Alf) Chadwick of Southport, Merseyside, passed away peacefully at his daughters home in Taunton, on Tuesday 9th January 2018, aged 92 years.
Devoted husband of the late Marion Chadwick, beloved father of Rosie, Paul and the late Joy Hanks. Dear father in law of Ian and Brian, loving grand father of Katie, Lucy, Guy, Susannah and Alistair and great grand-father of Annie and Lottie.
Funeral service to take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Friday, 26th January at 2:30pm.
