I had a friend. A very good friend. His name was Phil Hutchinson. He left us very suddenly and left me stunned and lonely.
He could be abrasive and didn't suffer fools gladly but then, neither do I. We, had debates, sometimes heated, on world affairs, but through these debates one thing was abundantly clear. His love and compassion for the human race. He hated the injustice and inequality of today's Britain, the poverty and austerity.
Unfortunately, we find, he died in austerity.
I have a friend. A very good friend. His name is Phil Hutchinson. He didn't leave us. He will live with me forever.
See you later mate.
