In loving memory of Ian Richard Jakeman who sadly passed away on 22nd December 2017
Ian was a kind and caring man who would put others first. He was an incredibly fun, loving, handsome man and its an absolute honour to be his wife.
He was hard working and enjoyed his job.
He enjoyed his football and music like many of us do and continued to do so until the evil disease decided it was his time.
You will never be forgotten Ian, love you forever 💞💞💞
