Suddenly but peacefully on Thursday 4th January 2018, at Peterborough City Hospital, aged 35 years. A dearly loved daughter, sister, granddaughter, auntie, niece, cousin and friend to many.
Her funeral service is to be held at Fenland Crematorium, March, on Thursday 25th January at 11:30am. Family flowers only by request, and please wear an item of pink, Steph's favourite colour, in her memory.
