WEST Moneta (Max) Nee Hammond formerly Boucher.
On 3rd January 2018 peacefully in hospital after a brave fight aged 59 years.
Dearly loved mum of Angela, Toni & Clifford loving mother in law much adored grandma
of Sebastian, Charlie, Reuben, Elliot, Ethan and the late Caleb dearest sister, sister in law & aunty and a dear friend to many.
Funeral service Tuesday 23rd January East Devon Crematorium 11.30am.
