Memoryou from our trip to the battlefields 2015

So sad, Rabbie was a professional TA soldier, completing more operational tours than many Regular soldiers at that time, one of only a few to complete Op Granby and Op Telic tours. He also served in the Falklands and Canada as well as extensive exercises throughout the UK and NW Europe. He was proud to be a member of 710 Sqn and always spoke highly of everyone within it. He was Mister G4, the most resourceful soldier I've met, (although I would rarely ask how he acquired stuff), he was always most comfortable in a 'Q' role. Rabbie was never frightened to challenge authority if he felt his troops were being poorly treated, often going out on a limb to get the best he could from any situation. He has been ill for sometime but as the man he was, never grumbled of his complaints. I am proud to have known him and to have him as a friend. Thoughts and condolences to his family. Stand easy soldier, your stag is done X
