Susan Ann Donovan (Passed away 30 Dec 2017)

In loving memory of Susan Ann Donovan who sadly passed away on 30th December 2017
It is with a very heavy heart that i have to inform you that my wife, Sue, passed away on the morning of Saturday December 30th in the Lincoln County Hospital. She had been battling cancer since 2008 and had gone into remission five times before. However the sixth and final time that cancer struck became Leukemia and this took her life.
We had been married for 20 years and we really did have a good time. We loved to travel and spent a lot of time on the North Yorkshire coast especially Whitby. Another favourite was the Torbay area of Devon, we were married in Paignton at Oldway Mansion which used to be one of the homes of the Singer family, what a beautiful venue to be married at. Another place we went to on our many travels were the Canary Islands. We went to Lanzarote the most but we also went to Tenerife and Fuerta Ventura.
So we had a very enjoyable 20 years, it is a great pity it has had to come to an end and if we were able to turn the clocks back, then yes, i would do it all over again.
When you told me that you were going to die i used to tell you all the time how much i loved you and that i would really miss you , well Sue i still love you so much but i am missing you more than i ever imagined. Until we meet in the next life xxx
