Kerry past away suddenly on 5th November 2014 at the Royal Derby Hospital aged 46 years.
Loving partner of Dave, cherished mum to Darren & Sara, much missed grandma to Josh, Demi, Adlai & William, beloved daughter of Margaret & Frank, sister to Janette & Nigel.
Kerry will be sadly missed by her family, friends & all who knew her.
