Words can't even describe how it feels now ur gone Tracy. U fought ur illness with everything u could but sadly u were still taken far too soon in life. I'm so glad to have known u and been ur friend and that I'll always treasure in my heart. U were a great mum and gran to ur family who will all miss u more than anything in the world. RIP Tracy.xxx
