I have very fond memories of Eileen who I came to know through Graeme as he and I grew up together. I spent many days in their garden in Rainham or in the house playing; always with plenty of drinks and food supplied by Eileen. She helped in getting my first job - as a paperboy - and took me in without question when I one day turned up on the doorstep in tears. Even 25 years later, when I may not have seen her for literally years, she would welcome me as if I'd seen her only yesterday.

Eileen was always friendly, caring and welcoming to me and for those reasons will not be forgotten.

Our love and thoughts to everyone.
