Dear Nigel,

I still can not believe that you have gone high into the sky, firstly I would like to start by thanking you for being such a wonderful person and an amazing friend to me.

Your outlook on life was perfect, you were kind, thoughtful generous and an all round gentleman.

You will never be forgotten, Im sure you are resting well and looking down on your beautiful family.

Until we meet again Nigel continue smiling and laughing.

Love from your little friend Emma & Paul.

Nigel was one of the nicest and kindest people we had the good fortune to know. He faced adversity with great courage and an irrepressible smile, and said on more than one occasion that his positivity was only possible because of the care and support he received from his wife, Margaret, and from Mandy, Terry and their children, especially during the last difficult and stressful months of his life.
Nigel will continue to live on in our hearts and minds. He was a gentle man and a gentleman who never said a bad word about anyone, and we will always remember him with great affection. From Sue, Tony, Georgia, Sam and Colin.

  • I am genuinely sorry never to have met this wonderful gentleman. His family and mine share the "Record" surname, and likely, he (and some of you) and I are distant cousins. Nelson B. Record, Saco,Maine, nbrecord@yahoo.com
