We can shed tears that she is gone
Or we can smile that she lived
We can close our eyes and pray that she will come back
Or
We can open our eyes and see all that she has left
Our hearts can be empty because we can’t see her
Or
We can be happy tomorrow because of yesterday
We can remember her and only that she is gone
Or we can cherish her memory and let it live on.
Today in the midst of my tears, I will do as she would want:
To smile, open my eyes, to love and go on.
I hope you will join me too.

Aunty Pat was such an intelligent, witty and encouraging person. She was dedicated to her family and showed a genuine interest in the lives of those around her. She was a truly elegant and remarkable lady. May her legacy live on.

A mother’s love is where it all begins,
A love for her children/grandchildren/great grandchildren that will never end,
Whether they’re good or bad,
And even if they’ve made her happy or sad,
Her love and care is what she will always share,

Gone but not forgotten. You were a loan to us for 87 years, to comfort, care and brightened our path with love and gratitude. To see the joy on your face when you met your grand and great grandchildren brought us comfort. Now that you have gone to rest, sleep in peace our mother. Love Always Daughters Erna and Sonia.
