In loving memory of Jan Conway who sadly passed away on 2nd December 2017
Peacefully at Llandough Hospital, Jan sadly passed away. Devoted wife to Robert, Much loved Mum of Robert, Matthew, Deborah and Julie. A Cherished Nan & Great Nan to her 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She will be so greatly missed by all who knew and loved her Jan is in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Friday 15th December at 11:30am
Family floral tributes only – donations if desired may be made at the service to support Ty Hapus in memory of Janet.
