In loving memory of Jo Sharp who sadly passed away on 26th November 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Jo peacefully passed holding the hand of her much loved husband Des and in company with her mum, Marnie Slade as well as her four children, after a short stay in the Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial Hospice in Farnham. She was calm, pain free and at ease at the time and whilst we are all bereft and deflated we are relieved she is no longer suffering.

It is mused that she didn't make many friends, but made family members instead and this has been apparent in the past few days with many messages of love, sympathy and memory which we happily invite. She was at her happiest since meeting Des and we can only be glad she got to love again and experience the joy that she had.

Mum’s funeral service went down as successfully

I want to thank everyone who helped make today as successful as is possible considering.

Funerals for parents are always going to be hard, especially so when it’s far too early to say goodbye.

For anyone who wasn’t able to attend but has memories or thoughts to share, please do so via this page

Thanks
Ken and the rest of the family.

I hope we made you proud and continue to do so.
Always in our hearts 💚

I am filled with sadness and shock of this awful news, but at least Jo is now no longer in pain and now at ease. She will be greatly missed by all!

I was very sadden to hear of Jo passing . I used to attend school with jo and have some fond memories of our days together through out our school days . Didn't see Jo much unless we bumped into each other in town or either on the Old Dean when she visited Pam Greenaway .
