Sheila Audrey Souter (21 Apr 1930 - 23 Nov 2017)

In loving memory of Sheila Audrey Souter who sadly passed away on 23rd November 2017 aged 87

Few thoughts on our Mum

She was a larger than life gregarious person with a heart of gold. Married Brian, the love of her life she brought/dragged up 5 strapping sons and other hangers on

Her cooking was hit & miss, often knowing things were ready when the fire alarm went off (apart from the infamous Christmas lunch she forgot to cook when she went next door for a "small sherry") But if you know us or have seen the boys you know we thrived on her cooking & loaf of bread and jam anyway.

She liked musicals (singing badly) and archeology, any excuse to go out on digs and of course her pet dogs.

She was a very caring woman who would always step up to the plate, helping out with the 91st scouts, as a class room assistant with autistic & disadvantaged children, actively involved with The Societly for the Blind, Lee & Rufus

We miss her loads and loads
