Nan
My earliest memories of you are looking after me after school and chasing away imagined burglars with a frying pan when babysitting for us at night. You were the very strongest of women who always put your family first and went without to give them
what they needed. If I have any of your traits then I am grateful always as you were definitely the kind of woman I hope to have become as an adult. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you and although
I cannot be there to say goodbye in person I will be doing just that in my head where I am, I only hope you found those diamond encrusted articles we so often joked about where you are now and that you rest in the peace you have earned and deserve! Love you Nan, thanks for all the thing yoi have taught me about being a strong woman and mother! Till we meet again, sleep well....
