Will always treasure the times I had with both Dean and Sally in Arizona where we we met. When they came to visit me in the U.S. it was wonderful as when I visited then in Exeter. Still difficult to believe he is gone. Godspeed Dean. You're an Angel now and watching over Sally and the rest of us.

We were very sad to hear of Dean's illness and passing away. Although we had been out of touch for some years Dean was a great pal at university, and was the ideal companion when browsing round record shops! His creativity will live for ever in the 'impossible' typeface he invented for Rag Week 1979.
Our sincere condolences to Sally and all of Dean's family.

Dearest Sally, our thoughts are with you. We are sorry that we can not be there to support you in person. We hope the celebration of Dean's life is as lively and musical as Dean was. Although he is sadly missed, there are so many stories and photos to keep his spirit alive and close. With much love from Andy and Christine
